production method | by mixing 1-aminoanthraquinone and water in the pan, by colloidal grinding, water was added to adjust the volume. Then 30% hydrochloric acid and bromine were added, stirred for 1H, and 10% sodium hypochlorite solution was slowly added. 2H temperature to 50 deg C, heat preservation 2H, in 3H to 80 deg C, heat preservation reaction to the end (determination of melting point in 220 deg C above.). Add 10% sodium bisulfite solution, cool to below 50 °c, filter, wash to neutral, and dry. When 50.17 of 1-aminoanthraquinone and 48kg of bromine were added per batch, 81.45 of 1-amino-2, 4-dibromoanthraquinone was obtained. |
