preparation | adding 0.5mmol ethoxybenzene, 0.25mmol I2, 1.5mL nitronium tetrafluoroborate acetonitrile solution (1.5mL solution contains 0.1mmol nitronium tetrafluoroborate) to about 45mL of reaction tube, sealing the reaction tube, controlling the temperature to 30 ℃, reacting under magnetic stirring for 5 hours, the reaction system is then cooled to room temperature. The mixture after the reaction was purified by column chromatography to obtain p-ethoxyiodobenzene with a GC internal standard yield of 81%. |
