overview | 1-isopropylpyrazole belongs to N-alkylated pyrazole derivatives, and N-alkylated pyrazole derivatives are widely used in insecticidal, acaricidal, anti-tumor and other fields. |
preparation | 1-isopropyl-1H-pyrazole synthesis: at room temperature, pyrazole (6.8g, 0.1mol), bromoisopropane (12.3g, 0.1mol), tetrabutylammonium bromide (3.2g, 0.01mol), dissolve in 5 ml of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), add sodium hydroxide solution dropwise [sodium hydroxide solution: solution obtained by dissolving 8.8g (0.22mol) of sodium hydroxide in 10 ml of water], the reaction is exothermic, after dropping, stir at room temperature overnight, add water to quench and dilute, extract with dichloromethane, dry, concentrate and distill under reduced pressure to obtain 9.7g of product with 88.2% yield. |
