Use | AC1903 is a specific selective inhibitor of TRPC5 and has podocyte protective properties. AC1903 had no effect on TRPC4 or TRPC6 current and showed no off-target effect in kinase profiling. In a rat model of focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS), AC1903 inhibits severe proteinuria and prevents podocyte loss. |
Target | TRPC5 |
