Abstract:
objective: to investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine (DEX) combined with doxapram hydrochloride (DOX) in the recovery period of general anesthesia. Methods: 42 cases of general anesthesia in our hospital were divided into experimental group and control group, patients in the experimental group were given dexmedetomidine during the operation and 1 mg/kg doxapram hydrochloride immediately after extubation after anesthesia induction intubation; Patients in the control group were given DEX and an equal volume of normal saline. The systolic blood pressure (sBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) at 5 minutes before induction (T0), 10 minutes after intubation (T1) and when all anesthetics were stopped (T2) were compared between the two groups. The sedation and agitation scores (SAS) were compared between the two groups before Operation (T0), at extubation (T1) and 10min after extubation (T2), the postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: two groups of patients with postoperative adverse reactions, meta significant difference; Comparison of two groups of patients with preoperative, postoperative sAS score. The SAS score of T2 in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). There was no significant difference in T2 and T0 within the group (P 〉 0.05), while the difference between T0 and T1 was significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: dexmedetomidine combined with doxapram hydrochloride in general anesthesia recovery period of wake-up effect is exact.

Abstract:
Objective to study the pharmacokinetics of doxapram hydrochloride injection in Han and Mongolian healthy volunteers. Methods 20 healthy volunteers (10 Mongolian and 10 Han, male and female each half), a single intravenous infusion of doxapram Hydrochloride Injection 50 mg, using HP method to determine the blood concentration, DAS 2.0 software program was used to calculate pharmacokinetic parameters and SPSS 13.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results The main pharmacokinetic parameters of Mongolian subjects were & rho;_(max)(1.03±0.30)mg · L ~ (-1), T_(1/2) (4.30±3.20)h, v_d (1.80±0.85)L · kg ~ (-1),AUC_(0 & rarr;12)(2.47±0.80)mg · h · L ~ (-1),AUC_(0 & rarr;∞)(2.89±1.06)mg · h · L ~ (-1). The main pharmacokinetic parameters in Han subjects were & rho;_(max) (1.55±0.52)mg · L ~ (-1), T_(1/2)(3.87±2.17)h, v_d (1.35±0.96)L · kg ~ (-1),AUC_(0 & rarr;12)(3.51±1.26)mg · h · L ~ (-1),AUC_(0 & rarr;∞)(4.06±1.44)mg · h · L ~ (-1). Conclusion after statistical analysis, the pharmacokinetic parameters AUC_(0 & rarr;12),& rho;_(max) of doxapram in Mongolian and Han subjects were statistically significant, there was no significant difference in other parameters.expand

Abstract:
Objective to observe the effect of doxapram hydrochloride on respiratory and circulatory system during general anesthesia. Methods 40 cases of patients with general anesthesia, in the postoperative with doxapram Hydrochloride 1mg @ kg-1 intravenous injection wake, respectively in 5min, 10min measurement of tidal volume (CT), respiratory rate (RT), changes of systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and heart rate (HR). Results there was no significant difference in SBP, DPB and HR at 5min and 10min after intravenous injection of doxapram hydrochloride compared with before injection (P<0.05), there was significant difference in RF before and after injection (P<0.01). Conclusion doxapram hydrochloride for general anesthesia in patients with postoperative wake-up, the respiratory system can significantly improve the ventilation function, no significant effect on the circulatory system, for general anesthesia wake-up is safe and reliable.Key words:
