introduction
1-N-tert-butoxycarbonylpiperidine-4-borate pinacol ester is an alkyl borate compound. Alkyl borate compounds are a kind of important organic synthesis intermediates, which can be cross-coupled with electrophiles to prepare drug molecules and play an important role in pharmaceutical chemistry applications.
Preparation
under the protection of argon gas, 0.25mmol of 4-bromopiperidine -1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester and 0.375mmol of double neopentyl glycol borate were mixed with 0.5ml of acetonitrile, 0.025mmolCuI, 0.5mmol of lithium methoxide and 0.025mmol of triphenylphosphine were added, stirred and reacted at 37 ℃ for 24 hours, and the reaction was purified to obtain 1-N-tert-butox.
