| In vitro study | VS-6063 significantly inhibited pFAK (Tyr397) expression in both paclitaxel-sensitive (SKOV3ip1) and paclitaxel-resistant (SKOV3-TR) cell lines. The combination of VS-6063 and paclitaxel synergistically reduced proliferation and increased apoptosis of SKOV3ip1,SKOV3-TR,HeyA8 and HeyA8-MDR cells. Combination of VS-6063 and Y15 synergistically reduced the viability, colony formation, and cell adhesion of thyroid cancer cell lines. |
