Abstract:
objective: to explore the clinical effect of azithromycin in the treatment of infantile bronchitis. Methods: 80 cases of children with bronchitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group. 40 cases in the control group were treated with conventional therapy plus hypertonic saline and ribavirin atomization inhalation, and 40 cases in the observation group were treated with Azithromycin Lactobionate on the basis of conventional therapy. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results: the observation group was significantly better than the control group in the remission of Cough, shortening the course of disease, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: hypertonic saline and ribavirin aerosol inhalation in the treatment of bronchiolitis can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and signs; Azithromycin lactobionate in the treatment of infantile bronchitis has significant curative effect and broad clinical application prospect.

Abstract:
azithromycin is a new generation of macrolide antibiotics. Compared with erythromycin, azithromycin has the characteristics of strong antibacterial effect, long-acting, short-term and less adverse reactions. Therefore, clinically used for the treatment of respiratory tract bacterial infection, Mycoplasma, chlamydia infection, skin and soft tissue infection, gonococcal infection and so on have better curative effect [1].
