Abstract:
The effects of catalyst composition, reduction temperature and reaction conditions on the performance of Na Pd/ZrO2 MnOx ZnO catalyst were investigated, the catalysts were characterized by CO2 TPD and other techniques. The results show that the ZrO2 prepared by this method has no crystalline phase diffraction peaks and is amorphous. When n(Zr):n(Mn):n(Zn) = 20 (0 2~0 5):1 0, there is no obvious diffraction peak of ZnO crystal phase, there is no obvious diffraction peak of MnOx crystal phase, ZrO2,MnOx,ZnO form solid solution, and cause the average pore size increases and the specific surface area decreases. ZrO2,MnOx,ZnO solid solution formed by the larger pore size of the catalyst has higher activity. x(Pd) = 0 25%,x(Na) = 0 29%,n(Zr):n(Mn):n(Zn) = 2 0 :( 0 2~0 5) 1 0 catalyst, under the conditions of atmospheric pressure, temperature 643K, raw material liquid phase space velocity 1 0h-1, the conversion rate of methyl ethyl ketone reached 396%, the selectivities of methyl isopropyl ketone and diethyl ketone were 45% and 32%, respectively.

Abstract:
The effects of calcination temperature and reaction conditions on the reaction performance and product distribution of ZrO2/MnOx/ZnO catalyst were investigated. The calcination temperature of the catalyst is 673 K. The optimum reaction conditions are: reaction temperature 643 K, reaction pressure 0.6~1.0 MPa, n (methanol)/n (methyl ethyl ketone)/n (water) = 1/1/1, liquid space velocity of raw material 1.0~1.5 h-1. Under these conditions, the conversion of methyl ethyl ketone can reach 44.36%, the selectivity of methyl isopropyl ketone can reach 41.71%, and the selectivity of diethyl ketone can reach 35.72%.Key words:

Abstract:
The one-step synthesis of methyl isopropyl ketone and diethyl ketone over Palladium-supported zirconium-based catalyst was studied. The Pd-ZrO2/MnO2/ZnO catalyst prepared by ZrOCl2 · 8H2O has good catalytic performance for the one-step synthesis of methyl isopropyl ketone and diethyl ketone from methyl ethyl ketone. The effect of catalyst composition on the reaction was investigated. The results showed that the palladium loading had a great influence on the activity and selectivity of the catalyst, it can significantly improve the catalytic activity and selectivity of the catalyst; Loading a small amount of potassium can effectively reduce the formation of recombinant components. Combined with the reaction mechanism analysis, the reaction was carried out through three steps of dehydrogenation-condensation-hydrogenation, and the matching degree of the active center and the acidic active center in the Catalyst determines the activity and selectivity of the catalyst, the ability of hydrogen overflow on the Catalyst has a significant effect on the activity and selectivity of the catalyst.expand
