Preparation Method:
[(3-Methyl-4,5-dihydroisoxazol-5-yl)methyl]aminehydrochloride is prepared as follows:
1. First, (3-methyl -4,5-dihydro -1,2-oxazol -5-yl) carboxylic acid reacts with thionyl under alkaline conditions to generate (3-methyl -4,5-dihydro -1,2-oxazol -5-yl) cresol;
2. (3-methyl -4, 5-dihydro-1, 2-oxazol-5-yl) cresol is then reacted with HCl to produce [(3-methyl -4,5-dihydroisoxazol-5-yl)methyl]aminehydrochloride.
