use | 1-methyl -5-aminopyrazole can be used as an intermediate in pharmaceutical synthesis. |
preparation | compound (1-a)(50g;1.0mol) is dissolved in 40mL of ethanol, and the obtained solution is cooled to 0°C. While stirring the cooled solution, compound (1-b)(53g;1.0mol) was dropwise added to it, and then stirring was carried out for 1 hour. After cooling the obtained solution, ethanol (250mL) and NaHCO3(2.5g) were added to it, and then compound (1-c)(31g;1.0mol) was added. The resulting solution was heated to an internal temperature of 45°C and stirred for 30 minutes. The solution after stirring for 30 minutes was cooled to 0°C, and then NaOEt (sodium ethoxide)(3g) was added to it. The resulting solution was heated to an internal temperature of 85°C, stirred for 3 hours and then cooled. A solution containing 1-methyl -5-aminopyrazole was obtained by the above. |
