Preparation Method:
2-Bromo-13, 13-dimethyl-6H-indeno [1,2-b] anthracene -6,11(13H)-dione can be prepared by the following reaction:
1. First, indene-2, 7-dione and electrophilic substitution reagent, such as bromoacetic anhydride, react under appropriate conditions to generate 2-bromo-13, 13-dimethyl-indeno [1,2-b] anthracene -6,11(13H)-dione.
2. Then, using dibromoacetic acid as a reaction reagent, the reaction is carried out again to produce 2-bromo-13, 13-dimethyl-6H-indeno [1,2-b] anthracene -6,11(13H)-dione.
