In vitro study | WZ3146 acts on Ba/F3 cells, selectively inhibiting EGFR L858R, EGFR E746_A750, EGFR L858R/T790M and EGFR E746_A750/T790M phosphorylation, IC50 is 2 nM, 2 nM, respectively, 5 nM and 14 nM. WZ3146 significantly inhibited the growth of cell lines containing EGFR mutation. When WZ3146 acted on HCC827 cells containing EGFR Del E746_A750, The IC50 was 3 nM, and when WZ3146 acted on PC9 cells containing EGFR Del E746_A750, The IC50 was 15 nM, for H1975 cells containing EGFR L858R/T790M, The IC50 was 29 nM, and for PC9 GR cells containing EGFR Del E746_A750/T790M, The IC50 was 3 nM. |
