Preparation Method:
6-choro-5-iodo-2-(Methylsulfonyl)-1H-benziMidazole can be prepared by the following steps:
1.2-(methylsulfonyl)-1H-benzo [D] imidazole is reacted with sodium iodide to generate 2-(methylsulfonyl)-6-iodo -1H-benzo [D] imidazole.
2.2.2-(methylsulfonyl)-6-iodo-1H-benzo [D] imidazole reacts with cuprous chloride to generate 6-chloroo-5-iodo-2-(Methylsulfonyl)-1H-benziMidazole.
