Abstract:
The morphology and corrosion resistance of Stannate chemical conversion coating on AZ91D magnesium alloy were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XRD) and total etching test. The main components of the solution contain Na2SnO3,NaOH, sodium acetate and appropriate additives. The results show that the conversion film is mainly composed of α phase, β phase and msno3.3h2o of magnesium. The new environment-friendly chemical conversion process can obtain a silver-white film with near spherical particles on the surface and uniform pore distribution, the thickness of the film is uniform in the microscopic size. The film can provide effective protection for AZ91D magnesium alloy.Key words:

Abstract:
A new process of drying Sodium Stannate by microwave radiation was studied, and the microwave power, microwave radiation time, material weight, various factors such as material thickness are analyzed and discussed. The experimental results show that the new process of drying Sodium Stannate by microwave radiation is feasible, and the dehydration rate of Sodium Stannate by microwave drying is related to the weight of dried material, radiation Time, microwave power and material thickness.

Abstract:
The process conditions of drying Sodium Stannate by Rotary vacuum drying method were studied,. The experimental results show that it is feasible to dry Sodium Stannate by Rotary vacuum drying method, and the tin content of Sodium Stannate is related to the weight of material, drying temperature, time and rotating speed. In addition, the Comparative Experimental results show that the vacuum drying is beneficial to stabilize the turbidity of Sodium Stannate.
