In vivo study | Nadifloxacin can inhibit DNA gyrase activity involved in bacterial DNA synthesis and replication, thereby inhibiting bacterial proliferation. In vitro studies have shown that Nadifloxacin has a broad spectrum of antibacterial effect on aerobic Gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria and anaerobic bacteria are effective. In addition, studies have shown that naditoxin is also effective in inflammatory acne lesions, which may be related to its inhibitory effect on pro-inflammatory cytokines, such as interleukin (IL)-1α, IL-6 and IL-8, these factors play an important role in the pathogenesis of acne. |
