Abstract:
A high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection method was developed for the simultaneous determination of fluorescent whitening agents in plastic food contact materials (food packaging bags). The samples were extracted with 20ml chloroform as extraction agent, ultrasonic extraction for 30min, extraction temperature was 40 ℃, and quantitative analysis was performed by high performance liquid chromatography. Using Eclipse XDB-C18(250mm × 4.6, 5 μ) as analytical column, 5mmol/L ammonium acetate solution and acetonitrile as mobile phase, gradient elution, fluorescence excitation wavelength of 350nm, the emission wavelength was 430nm. The results showed that 4 kinds of fluorescent brighteners 4,4 '-BIS [2-(o-cyanophenyl) vinyl] benzene (1,4-bis(4-cyamostyryl)benzene,C. 1.199),1,4-bis (2-benzoxazole) naphthalene (1,4-bis (2-benzoxx axolyi) naphthalene,C. 1.367),4,4' bis(2-methoxystyryl)biphenyl (4,4 '-bis(2-methoxystyryl)biphenyl,C.I.378) and 2, 5-bis (5-tert-butyl-2-benzoxazolyl) thiophene (2,5-thiofenediyl bis(5-tert-butyl-1,3-benzoxazole),C. The detection limit (S/N = 3) was 0.3,0.1,0.05,0.14mg/L, respectively. 1.0,0.4,0.2,0.5mg/L, respectively, the recovery range is 78.9%-101.1%, the relative standard deviation is less than 10%, good linear relationship. The method is simple, accurate and sensitive, and can meet the daily detection of fluorescent whitening agents in food packaging materials and plastic products for import and export.stowed

Abstract:

Fluorescent whitening agent can be developed as an important adjuvant to effectively improve and improve the continuous control of agricultural and forestry pests by insect Virus preparation.
