4-iodophenylhydrazine is an organic compound with the chemical formula C6H5IN4.

Preparation Method:
-4-iodophenylhydrazine can be prepared by the aminomethylation reaction of 4-iodobenzyl bromide. 4-iodobenzyl bromide is first reacted with carbamate to give the temporary structure compound, which is then reacted with cuprous chloride by heating to give 4-iodophenylhydrazine.
