Efluconazole (Efinaconaozle) is the first topical triazole antifungal drug. It was developed by DOW Pharmaceutical Company of Canada. It was approved by FDA on June 6, 2014. It is mainly used for the treatment of Trichophyton rubrum and Trichophyton plaster. The hand and foot moss (I. e. onychomycosis) caused by the fungus.
