production method | reaction equation: PbO HCl → Pb(OH)Cl 2Pb(OH) cl Na2Cr2O7 → 2PbCrO4 2NaCl H2O operation method: mix 1800kg lead oxide, 20kg gallic acid and 19kg hydrochloric acid in 14m3 water, stir at 40 ℃ for 180min to generate basic lead chloride, then add 783kg sodium dichromate, about 2500kg of chrome yellow pigment was obtained with 378kg of sulfuric acid, 90kg of aluminum sulfate and 2000L of water. |
