1344-54-3 - Introduction
Hexagonal crystal system structure, lattice constant α = 0.5155nm. Oxygen-containing 59.5% ~ 60.8%(at). It is soluble in 40% (mass) hydrofluoric acid and can be corroded by concentrated nitric acid, but it is not corroded by concentrated hydrochloric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid, or concentrated alkali. It reacts with 30% (mass) hydrogen peroxide solution to form a yellowish solution. It is heated in air and converted into trititanium pentoxide at 250~300 ℃. Preparation of titanium powder and titanium dioxide mixture by heating at 1600 ℃ in vacuum or hydrogen reduction at 1500 ℃. The titanium ion itself is an excellent reducing agent.

Use | Used to study the acceptance of foreign bodies on medical implant surfaces (bioacceptability) |
production method | mix metallic titanium and titanium dioxide according to reaction measurement, press molding, put into an alumina crucible, and heat at 1600 ℃ for 1.5~2 hours under vacuum to obtain titanium trioxide. The porcelain combustion boat containing accurately weighed titanium dioxide is placed in a combustion tube made of Shi Ying or porcelain, and the air is discharged with hydrogen gas. It is calcined in a dry hydrogen stream at 1100~1200 ℃ for 1.5~2h, and the prepared product is cooled in the hydrogen stream. |
