1375325-68-0 - Introduction
[2 '-(Amino)[1,1'-biphenyl]-2-yl][[2 ',6'-bis (1-methylethoxy)[1,1 '-Biphenyl]-2-yl] dicyclohexylphosphine] palladium chloride is an organometallic compound with the chemical formula C51H55ClOP2Pd.
-Nature:
[2 '-(amino)[1,1'-biphenyl]-2-yl][[2 ',6'-bis (1-methylethoxy)[1,1 '-Biphenyl]-2-yl] dicyclohexylphosphine] palladium chloride is a yellow solid. It is stable at room temperature and has good thermal stability. It may be dissolved in a solvent such as dimethylformamide (DMF), dichloromethane (DCM), etc.
-Use:
[2 '-(amino)[1,1'-biphenyl]-2-yl][[2 ',6'-bis (1-methylethoxy)[1,1 '-biphenyl]-2-yl] dicyclohexylphosphine] palladium chloride has important application value in organic synthesis. It can be used as a catalyst for carbon-carbon bond formation and substitution reactions. For example, it can catalyze dehalogenation of aromatic compounds, deprotection of aryl borates, and the like. In addition, it can also be used for the synthesis of organometallic complexes and polymers.
-Preparation:
[2 '-(amino)[1,1'-biphenyl]-2-yl][[2 ',6'-bis (1-methylethoxy)[1,1 '-Biphenyl]-2-yl] dicyclohexylphosphine] palladium chloride is usually prepared by coupling aminobiphenyl to 2',6 '-bis (1-methylethoxy)[1,1'-biphenyl]-2-yldicyclohexylphosphine, and then reacted with palladium chloride.
-Safety Information:
[2 '-(amino)[1,1'-biphenyl]-2-yl][[2 ',6'-bis (1-methylethoxy)[1,1 '-Biphenyl]-2-yl] dicyclohexylphosphine] palladium chloride is relatively safe under normal conditions of use. However, as an organometallic compound, it needs to comply with laboratory safety practices when used to prevent contact with skin, eyes and inhalation. It needs to be stored in a dry, well-ventilated place to avoid contact with oxygen and humid substances.
