Abstract:
with the addition of potassium titanate oxalate in sodium hexametaphosphate electrolyte system, the colored ceramic layer was prepared on the surface of aluminum alloy by micro-arc oxidation technology. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), the cross-sectional element distribution and phase composition of aluminum alloy ceramic coatings prepared by micro-arc oxidation with different amounts of potassium titanate were tested and analyzed, and then the coloring mechanism of potassium titanate in aluminum alloy during micro-arc oxidation was discussed. The results showed that when the pulse number was 500, the pulse width was 80 μs, the current density was 5A/dm2, the micro-arc oxidation time was 15min and the concentration of potassium Titanium Oxalate was 6g/L, the appearance quality of the ceramic layer was good, showing blue color; the main elements of the blue ceramic layer are Al, O and Ti, which are uniformly distributed in the ceramic layer. The blue color of the ceramic layer is mainly the result of the joint action of Al2O3 and TiO2.

Abstract:
In acidic medium, hydrogen peroxide and titanium ions form stable Orange complex. In this paper, the hydrogen peroxide in Fenton advanced oxidation is determined by the method of titanium potassium oxalate. In this paper, the best absorption wavelength of potassium titanate oxalate spectrophotometry is 385nm, the dosage of potassium titanate oxalate is 5mL, and the color time is 8min. Compared with the experimental results of KMnO4 method, the relative deviation of this method is less than 2%, and it has good linear results in the range of 0.1~80mg/L. This method is simple, accurate and other characteristics, can effectively overcome the defects of redox method.
