In vitro study	In hepatocytes, Deltarasin inhibited the interaction of RAS with PDE δ with a K D of 41 nM. Deltarasin inhibits the pdeδ-KRAS interaction and thus inhibits the proliferation of human pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma cells dependent on oncogenic KRAS.
In vivo study	In nude mice xenografted with subcutaneous human Panc-Tu-I tumor cells, Deltarasin (10 mg/kg, I. P.) impaired tumor growth in a dose-dependent manner.
