| use | accelerator ZMBT can be used as an accelerator for vulcanization of natural rubber, general synthetic rubber and latex. its properties are similar to accelerator m, but its promotion effect is slightly weak. 2-thiol benzothiazole zinc salt has the characteristics of fast vulcanization promotion, low vulcanization flatness and no early vulcanization during mixing. It is widely used in rubber processing industry and is an essential high-efficiency rubber vulcanization accelerator for natural rubber and synthetic rubber. High-speed vulcanization accelerator, does not have rubber dyeing property. Suitable for NR, IR, BR, SBR, NBR, EPDM and latex. When used in dry rubber, it has the same performance as WILLING MBT and low scorching property. Used in latex systems with mild activity and usually combined with superaccelerators. The critical temperature of vulcanization is relatively high (138 ℃). It is not easy to produce early vulcanization, and the vulcanization flatness is wide. It is suitable for latex system and has the function of adjusting the viscosity of the system. Suitable for injection molding and foaming rubber products.
