Preparation Method:
(2-PHENYL-1,3-THIAZOL-4-YL)ACETONITRILE can be prepared by the following steps:
1. Take 2-aminobenzyl alcohol and cyanoacetate for transesterification reaction to obtain acetyl (2-aminophenyl) formate.
2. acetyl (2-aminophenyl) formate reacts with sodium thiobromide to generate (2-phenyl -1,3-thiazol -4-yl) acetate.
3. Finally, (2-phenyl -1, 3-thiazol-4-yl) acetate was converted into (2-PHENYL-1,3-THIAZOL-4-YL)ACETONITRILE by a deacidification reaction.
