Use | 3-chloro-2, 4,5, 6-tetrafluoropyridine is an organic intermediate. |
Preparation | 3-chloro-2, 4,5, 6-tetrafluoropyridine can be prepared from 3, 5-dichloro-2, 4,6-trifluoropyridine as raw material. 70 g3,5-dichloro -2,4,6-trifluoropyridine, 22g of anhydrous potassium fluoride and 150mL sulfolane were mixed, stirred at 180 ℃ for 2.5h, reduced to room temperature, sampling and monitoring the complete conversion of raw materials, the reaction solution was poured into 1L ice water, and extracted with dichloromethane. The organic phase is washed with water and saturated sodium chloride solution, anhydrous sodium sulfate is dried, and concentrated under reduced pressure. The crude product obtained is rectified and purified to obtain 46.5g of colorless liquid, which is 3-chloro-2, 4,5, 6-tetrafluoropyridine, with 98.3% GC content and 72% yield. |
