Use | Use undecylenyl phenylalanine (MoreWhiteUP) is a white powder. It is a structural analog of α-MSH, and by competitively binding to melanocyte stimulating hormone receptor MC1-R on melanocytes, melanocytes cannot produce tyrosinase, thereby inhibiting melanocyte activity and reducing melanin production. According to some clinical trials, it has been shown that undecenoyl phenylalanine (morewhiteu chemical bookp) can indeed reduce the formation of spots due to pigmentation. Undecenoyl phenylalanine has a good skin-friendly, can control alpha-MSH (melanocyte stimulating hormone) and melanin production factor binding, thereby blocking the process of melanin formation. Blocking α-MSH can be performed at a concentration of 0.001%, while the optimal use concentration is 1%. From multiple links to inhibit melanin production, the effect is more obvious, lasting. |
Abstract:
sodium undecenoyl phenylalanine was synthesized by condensation reaction of 11 enoic acid and phenylalanine, using sulfoxide chloride to chloride the 11 enoic acid, and by means of the Xiao-Bowman method (Schotten-Baumann), undecylenyl phenylalanine was obtained after separation by acidification. The structure of the synthesized product was characterized by IR,MS and ~ 1H NMR, and the inhibitory mechanism of undecylenyl phenylalanine on tyrosinase diphenolase activity was investigated. The results showed that the inhibitory effect of undecenoylphenylalanine on tyrosinase diphenolase activity was competitive reversible inhibition, the half inhibitory concentration was 3.711g/L, and the inhibition constant (K_ I) 3.651g/L.
