purification | in a 3000L dissolution and decolorization reactor, put 2000L of 98% acetic acid solution, 780kg of crude undecanedioic acid and 6kg of activated carbon into a 3000L dissolution and decolorization reactor, stir well, raise the temperature to 95 ℃, and keep the temperature for 20 minutes, the undecane diacid solution filtered by the four-stage filtration system of the underflow type plate and frame filter press, the bag type filter, the metal titanium rod filter and the laminated filter enters the crystallization kettle, and the temperature in the crystallization kettle is rapidly and uniformly cooled to 76 ℃, the cooling water is turned off, the temperature is naturally cooled to 72 ℃, the undecane diacid with purity greater than 99.8% is added as crystal seed, the stirring speed is controlled at 40r /min, the temperature in the crystallization kettle bounced back to 74 ℃, and then gradually decreased, when the temperature naturally drops to 68 ℃, slowly open the cooling water, control the cooling speed from slow to fast, and finally cool down to 25 ℃. The whole cooling process controls the cooling time for 6-8 hours. The crystallization liquid is centrifuged and used when the filtrate is prepared for mother liquor recovery. The filter cake is left in the centrifuge and washed with 300L acetic acid solution of 98% purity. After the leaching is completed, centrifugation is performed for 15 minutes, and the filtrate is prepared for production cycle as solvent in the feeding step. Then use 2000L of non-ionized water to rinse the filter cake in the centrifuge, centrifuge for 15 minutes after rinsing, and use the filtrate for mother liquor recovery. The filter cake with 85% solid content of the material is obtained. The filter cake is mixed with 1200L of non-ionized water, pumped into a room temperature water washing tank, 800L of non-ionized water is added, stirred for half an hour, centrifuged and filtered, and the filtrate is prepared for production cycle leaching centrifuge. The filter cake is dried by a double cone vacuum dryer to obtain 660kg of refined undecanedioic acid. Neutralization titration was used to measure total acid content 99.89%, gas chromatography was used to measure monoacid content 99.45%, total nitrogen content 6ppm, iron ion content 0.6ppm, ash content 13ppm, and moisture content 0.12%. The comprehensive purification yield is 98.59%. |
