1938-82-5 - Introduction
Chlorophonazo I (also known as diazodichlorophine) is an organophosphorus compound with the chemical formula BrClP = NCl. The following is some information about the nature, use, formulation and safety of the chroophonazo I:
Nature:
-Appearance: chlorophonazo I is a colorless to pale yellow liquid with a pungent odor.
-Solubility: It is soluble in organic solvents, such as ether, acetone and dichloromethane, insoluble in water.
Use:
- CHLOROPHOSPHONAZO I is widely used as a reagent for introducing phosphorylene chloride (ClP =) in organic synthesis.
-It can be used to synthesize biologically active organophosphorus compounds.
-chlorine phosphonazo I can also be used as a catalyst or ligand to participate in catalyzing or assisting metal-catalyzed reactions.
Method:
Chlorophonazo I can be prepared by the following reaction:
1. First, BrPCl2 (bromophosphorus dichloride) is reacted with ammonium sulfinate to produce sulfinate (NH4] [N = S(O)][BrPCl2]^-.
2. Then the sulfinate salt is reacted with sulfoxide to obtain CHLOROPHOSPHONAZO I.
Safety Information:
-Chlorophonazo I is an irritating compound that has an irritating effect on the skin, eyes and respiratory tract. It is necessary to pay attention to appropriate protective measures during use, such as wearing safety glasses and gloves and using ventilation equipment.
