Application Rich in dolomite ore reserves, mainly distributed in Liaoning Haicheng, Qinghai le Yu, Gansu Yongdeng, Hubei Daye, China, nanjing, Jiangsu and other places. Mainly used in ceramic blank and glaze, alkaline refractory, glass industry, but also as dolomite cement raw materials, building materials, in the metallurgical industry is commonly used flux.
preparation a method for preparing calcium carbonate and magnesium by direct carbonization of calcined ammonium salt leaching solution of low-grade phosphate ore, comprising the following steps:
(1) The pyrolysis product and CO2 gas are obtained by calcining the medium and low grade phosphate rock, and the main reactions in this process are as follows:
CaCO3 · MgCO3 = CaO MgO 2CO2;
(2) the obtained pyrolysis product is mixed with ammonium nitrate solution (or ammonium chloride solution) to obtain ammonium salt leaching solution of calcined medium-low grade phosphate rock containing calcium and magnesium salt and NH3 gas, the main reactions in this process are as follows:
CaO MgO 2H2O = Ca(OH)2 Mg(OH)2;
Ca(OH)2 2NH4NO3 = Ca(NO3)2 2NH3 2H2O;
Mg(OH)2 2NH4NO3 = Mg(NO3)2 2NH3 2H2O;
(3) the CO2 gas obtained in step (1) and the NH3 gas obtained in step (2) of the obtained calcined medium-low grade ammonium phosphate ore leaching solution are passed into the calcined medium-low grade ammonium phosphate ore In the salt leaching solution, calcium and magnesium carbonate can be obtained by carbonizing and precipitating calcium and magnesium from the ammonium salt leaching solution of the calcined medium-low grade phosphate ore. In this process, the following reactions mainly occur:
Ca(NO3)2 Mg(NO3)2 4NH3 2CO2 2H2O = CaCO3 MgCO3 4NH4NO3.
