In vitro study	Ji B- 04 causes transcriptional changes in a cancer-selective manner, including down-regulation of proliferative genes and up-regulation of anti-proliferative/pro-apoptotic genes. Ji B- 04 was able to block the proliferation of lung cancer, prostate cancer cell lines at IC50 levels as low as 10 nM, while producing less antiproliferative activity in HBECs and PrSCs/PrECs.
In vivo study	In two mouse xenograft models (H358 or A549), Ji B- 04 reduced tumor growth, reduced the activity of junonji histone demethylase in tumors, and prolonged the survival time of tumor patients.
