2,2-dimethoxy-1,6,2-diazasilocane - Introduction
2,2-dimethoxy-1, 6-DIAZA-2-SILACYCLOOCTANE (abbreviated as DMDO-DTS) is an organic silicon compound with the chemical formula C12H28N2OSi.
DMDO-DTS is a colorless liquid with a low vapor pressure at room temperature. It has excellent thermal and chemical stability, non-toxic and easy to handle. This makes it widely used in many fields.
DMDO-DTS are mainly used as electron transport materials in organic battery materials. It can enhance the photoelectric conversion efficiency and improve the stability and durability of organic photoelectric devices. In addition, it can also be used as an organic semiconductor material for organic thin film transistors (OTFTs).
The preparation method of DMDO-DTS is more complicated and is generally obtained by multi-step synthesis. Specifically, it can be obtained by subjecting dimethylaminosilane and 1,6-heptanediamine to a condensation reaction under reaction conditions.
Regarding safety information, DMDO-DTS is a relatively safe compound when used and handled correctly. However, like all chemicals, it should be used under appropriate laboratory conditions, and attention should be paid to the correct storage and handling of chemicals. Appropriate personal protective measures, such as wearing gloves and goggles, should also be taken. Detailed safety information can be found in the relevant safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
