Preparation Method:
The preparation method of N-acetyl -2, 3-dimethyl-6-nitroaniline usually involves the following steps:
1.2,4-dinitroethylbenzene reacts with acetic anhydride to give 2,4-dinitroethyl acetic anhydride.
2.2,4-dinitroethyl acetic anhydride is reduced to give 2,4-dinitroethylbenzene.
3. reacting 2,4-dinitroethylbenzene with formic anhydride to obtain N-acetyl 2,4-dinitroethylbenzene.
4. Finally, N-acetyl 2,4-dinitroethylbenzene is reacted with methylamine to obtain N-acetyl-2, 3-dimethyl-6-nitroaniline.
