use | pharmaceutical intermediates. |
production method | dichloropyrimidine is dissolved in anhydrous methanol, added dropwise to anhydrous sodium methoxide solution under stirring, refluxed for 45min, cooled, filtered to remove sodium chloride, the filtrate is evaporated to methanol at normal pressure, the residual liquid is dissolved with 30% sodium hydroxide, and extracted with ether. After the ether extract was washed with water and dehydrated with anhydrous sodium sulfate, the ether was evaporated and the fraction at 196-210 ℃ was collected to obtain 2,4-dimethoxypyrimidine with a yield of 83-88%. |
