Use | Application 1, 4-dibromo-2-fluoro-5-nitrobenzene is an organic intermediate, which can be obtained by one-step reaction from 1, 4-dibromo-2-fluoro-5-nitrobenzene or It is prepared from 4-bromo-5-fluoro-2-nitroaniline through diazotization reaction. It can be used as an organic synthesis intermediate and a pharmaceutical intermediate for laboratory development and chemical production. |
(5.0g,19.70mmol)1,4-dibromo-2-fluorobenzene, magnetic stirrer, 30mL dichloromethane (DCM), 8mL trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) and 16mL trifluoroacetic anhydride (TFAA) were sequentially added into a 100mL dry single-mouth round bottom flask, and stirred under ice bath for 30min. Ammonium nitrate (2.0g,25.0mmol) solid powder was added in batches. After the addition, the reaction was continued at room temperature for 24 hours. Pour the solution into 100mL of distilled water, then extract it with dichloromethane, combine the organic phase, dry the organic phase with anhydrous magnesium sulfate, filter, spin the filtrate to evaporate the solvent to obtain a crude product, and the crude product uses a silica gel column (petroleum ether is the eluent) column chromatography to obtain a white solid powder that is the intermediate 1, 4-dibromo-2-fluoro-5-nitrobenzene, the yield is 85%.
