Application | 4, 5-difluorobenzene-1, 2-diamine is an intermediate in organic synthesis and chemical and pharmaceutical intermediates, it can be used in the research and development of organic synthesis reaction laboratory and chemical medicine research and development process. |
preparation | 4, 5-difluoro-2-nitroaniline (10g,57.4mmol),10% Palladium on carbon (1G) and of methanol were mixed together and added to a nitrogen-filled reaction flask. Then 20ml of acetic acid was added and hydrogen was passed through for minutes. The reaction was then allowed to stand at room temperature for 3 days, the Pd catalyst was removed by filtration, the filtrate was collected, and the filtrate was distilled under reduced pressure, and then chloroform was added to dissolve the residue, after repeated extraction with a saturated Na2CO3 solution for 3 times, the organic phase was dried over MgSO4, filtered, the filtrate was collected, and the solvent was distilled off to give a tan solid. |
