production method | is obtained by chlorination and condensation of o-chlorobenzoic acid. Add o-chlorobenzoic acid and benzene in the reaction pot, stir and raise the temperature to 50-70 ℃, and slowly add sulfoxide chloride. After addition, the temperature is raised to 80 ℃, reflux for 5h, and chlorinated to obtain o-chlorobenzoyl chloride. The chlorination solution was added to benzene containing aluminum trichloride at a temperature of 10-20°C and reacted at 20-25°C for 5h. After the reaction, pour into ice water for hydrolysis, add hydrochloric acid, separate the benzene layer, wash with 10% sodium hydroxide solution, wash with water, evaporate benzene and water to obtain 2-chlorobenzophenone. |
