Application | 2-chloro-4-fluoro-(9CI)-1H-benzimidazole can be used to prepare 4-fluoro-n-methyl-1-{4-[(3R)-3-methylmorpholin-4-yl]-6-[1-((R)-S-methylsulfonamido) cyclopropyl] pyrimidin-2-yl}-1H-benzimidazole-2-amine and 4-fluoro-n-methyl-1-{4-[(3R)-3-methylmorpholin-4-yl]-6-[1-((S)-S-methylsulfonamido) cyclopropyl] pyrimidin-2-yl}-1H-benzimidazol-2-amine. Both compounds are useful in the treatment of proliferative diseases (such as cancer), especially in the treatment of diseases caused by ataxia-telangiectasia mutation and RAD-3 associated protein kinase inhibitors (commonly known as ATR). It has important uses in mediated diseases. |
Use | 2-chloro-4-fluoro-(9CI)-1H-benzimidazole is a pharmaceutical intermediate, 4-fluoro-1h-benzo [d] imidazol-2 (3H)-one can be prepared from 3-fluorobenzene-1, 2-diamine and then obtained by chlorination. It has been reported in the literature to be useful in the preparation of ATR kinase inhibitors. |
