Use | Uses Cyclopropanol is a basic construction substance. Due to the unstable tension of the ternary ring, it is easy to open the ring to generate propanal. Therefore, cyclopropanol can be used as a synthon of enolated propanal. Cyclopropanol is also used to introduce cyclopropyl groups into the molecule to synthesize cyclopropyl esters, sulfonic acid esters and amines. As potential antiviral drugs, cyclopropyl-containing compounds are also used in the control of protein transport. |
