Abstract:
N-methyl -1, 2-benzisothiazolin-3-one is a broad-spectrum and efficient fungicide, with O-aminobenzoic acid as raw material, by diazodithio, acyl chloride, the target product was prepared by nitrogen acylation, Zincke disulfide splitting and five-step cyclization under alkaline conditions. The total yield was 53.5%, and the product content was ≥ 99%. The product structure was confirmed by IR and NMR.
