In vivo study | In rats given a single injection (picolinamide, 4 mmol/kg),picolinamide inhibited the co-transport of Na /phosphate by renal brush border membrane vesicles. There was a small (1.5-fold) increase in renal cortical NAD content after picolinamide treatment. |
