The sodium salt of hydroquinone and methyl chloride at 75~120 ℃, 1.3 ~ 1.7MPa pressure reaction to generate p-dimethoxybenzene, then Nitration with nitric acid to generate 2,5-= methoxynitrobenzene, it was reduced with sodium disulfide to give 2,5-methoxyaniline.
