production method | 1. the latest preparation method of ginseng extract is as follows: 100g5~6-year-old ginseng is crushed, stirred into mud, 400ml of ethanol with a content of 90% is added, impregnated and stirred for one day and night, filtered, and 300ml of ethanol with a content of 90% is added into the filter residue for second extraction. The two filtrates are combined, and the ethanol is evaporated in the evaporator, leaving about 4g of concentrate. Add 150ml of 60% to the concentrate, stir and dissolve, filter, remove insoluble matter, concentrate the filtrate to 5-10ml and add 60ml of water, extract it 3 times with 80ml of ether in a separatory funnel, merge the ether layer, add 50ml of sodium bicarbonate solution with 6% content, fully oscillate, stand for stratification, take the ether layer, and wash it with distilled water to neutral.
