2103-64-2 - Introduction
The crystal water containing 1.5 molecules is brown-red crystal or powder. No crystal water is green and yellow. The crystal water is lost at about 180 ℃, blackens above 180 ℃, and does not melt at 300 ℃. Soluble in alcohol, acetone and dilute alkali solution, slightly soluble in ether, almost insoluble in water, benzene and chloroform. It is yellow in strong acid medium, rose red in slightly acidic medium, lavender in neutral medium, purple and yellow in strong alkaline medium.
