Production method
the technological process is carried out according to the following steps:(1) synthesis (chlorination) of α-chloroacetanilide acetanilide and toluene are added into the reactor, thioyl chloride is added dropwise at about 20 ℃ under stirring, the reaction temperature is controlled at 25-30 ℃, the dropwise addition is completed in half an hour, and the heat preservation reaction is continued for 2.5h, I .e. toluene suspension of α-chloroacetanilide. (2) Seed dressing synthesis (condensation): the toluene suspension obtained in the first step is added with thiourea and water, the temperature is raised to reflux, and the reaction is half an hour. After the reaction is completed, let it stand and delaminate, the upper layer is a toluene layer, which can be recycled and applied, and the lower layer is an aqueous solution of seed dressing. Divide out the water layer, add water to dilute, add ammonia water under stirring and neutralize until pH 8. The precipitate generated by filtration is washed with water to be nearly neutral, and dried to obtain a white powdery product with a content of about 96%. The yield of p-acetanilide is about 8%. Raw material consumption quota: acetanilide (>98)880kg/t, thioyl chloride (100%)700kg/t, thiourea (>95%)410kg/t, ammonia water (25%)520kg/t.
