1. See diazepam.
2, occasional anxiety, depression and muscle weakness.
3. Reports of delayed menstrual period in patients with occasional menstrual epilepsy.
4. Sudden withdrawal of drug can cause withdrawal symptoms and aggravate epileptic seizures, so withdrawal of drug should be gradually reduced.
5. It is reported that clobazin can cause toxic epidermal necrolysis.
If it is continuously applied, its anticonvulsant effect will gradually weaken, and "holiday therapy" can be used. For example, female patients can start medication 2-3 days before menstrual cramps and reuse it after 10 days.
When combined with carbamazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin sodium, and valproic acid, the blood concentration of this product decreases, while the concentration of other drugs increases. When sodium valproate is combined, the blood concentration of N-demethylmetabolite decreases, while when carbamazepine and phenytoin sodium are combined, the concentration of N-methyl metabolite increases, so attention should be paid to adjust the dose when combined.
