Abstract:
A method for the determination of Solvent Yellow 2 and solvent yellow 56 in dried bean curd and Yuba by liquid-liquid extraction/high performance liquid chromatography was established. The sample was extracted with n-hexane saturated with acetonitrile, and then extracted with acetonitrile saturated with n-hexane. The acetonitrile layer was transferred to a concentration flask, and the extraction was repeated for 3 times. The samples were separated on an Agilent TC-C18(4.6 × 250, 5 μm) column with the mobile phase of water-methanol (20:80) at 30 ℃; the flow rate was 1.0 m L/min and the detection wavelength was 410 nm. Solvent Yellow 2 and solvent yellow 56 in the concentration range of 0.30~50 mg/L in a good linear relationship, the detection limit (LOD) and lower limit of quantitation (LOQ) the average recovery of the method was 0.15-0.50, and the relative standard deviation (RSD,n = 6) was 85.4%-94.6%. Both were 0.3% mg/kg and 2.3% mg/kg, respectively. The method has good repeatability and high sensitivity, and is suitable for the determination of Solvent Yellow 2 and solvent yellow 56 in dried bean curd and Yuba.stowed
