polyester polyol B with a number average molecular weight of 1000, a hydroxyl value of 110mgKOH/g and a functionality of 2.0 was prepared by polycondensation reaction between 1,4-butanediol and adipic acid according to the molar ratio of 110:100. polyether ester polyol and polyester polyol B based on the formula amount were put into a reaction kettle at normal temperature, stirred and heated to 100 ℃, dehydrated and degassing under vacuum for 2 hours, and then cooled to 50 ℃, add 10ppm of benzoyl chloride and pure MDI in the formula ratio, and react at 80 ℃ for 2h to obtain.
