287922-71-8 - Introduction
The chemical formula is C5H4BrN3.
Nature:
-Appearance: Colorless crystalline powder
-Melting point: 82-84°C
-relative molecular mass: 191.01g/mol
-Stability: stable at room temperature, but avoid exposure to strong light
Use:
It is widely used in organic synthesis as an important raw material for pharmaceutical intermediates and pesticide intermediates. It can be used in the synthesis of various pharmaceuticals, pesticides, colorants and functional materials and other compounds.
Preparation Method:
It can be synthesized by the following steps:
1. reacting methyl magnesium bromide (CH3MgBr) with ethyl pyrazole -3-carboxylate to give ethyl methyl pyrazole -3-carboxylate.
2. Dissolve methyl pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid ethyl ester with carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) solution, add copper bromide (CuBr), and react at room temperature to obtain 4-bromo-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid ethyl ester.
3. Use sodium cyanide (NaCN) to de-ester 4-bromo-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid ethyl ester to obtain pyridine.
Safety Information:
It is an organic compound, and the following safety precautions should be paid attention to when using it:
-Irritating to eyes, skin, and respiratory tract. Use chemical safety glasses, gloves, and a mask.
-Avoid inhaling dust and avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
-It should be sealed when stored, away from high temperature and fire sources.
-Ensure good ventilation conditions during operation.
